You may mail or fax a voided check for us to use for your company and bank information. If this is a new bank account, please mail or fax a starter check or bank MICR specification sheet along with your company information.

What is your Return Policy?
Our goal is to supply you with the best checks and forms for your software needs. Our commitment is towards quality products and knowledgeable customer service. However, because your checks are personalized, we cannot return them to stock. If we made an error on your checks, please email customer service department via our Contact Us page and we will gladly replace your order.

What is your product warranty and liability?
